Job Description
Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and respond to internal and external AP inquiries Prepare and execute weekly/monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers) Maintain accurate AP records, support month-end close, and assist with audits as needed Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure invoices are paid according to agreed payment termsQualifications:
At least five years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume or multi-vendor environment Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks) Able to self-manage and jump in quickly with limited instruction High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issuesPay Details:
