The Role As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health of Worldwide Jet by ensuring vendor payments are processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Process and review invoices for accuracy, coding, and approvals Schedule and prepare payments to vendors and reconcile statements Track and maintain vendor accounts, addressing discrepancies promptly Support month-end close through reconciliations and reporting Assist with maintaining inventory records and ensuring proper expense allocation Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance team as needed Maintain confidentiality and integrity with sensitive financial data Requirements Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite:

specifically, basic knowledge of Excel for data entry, formatting, and duplicating simple spreadsheets. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable or accounting support Strong inventory knowledge (required) Detail-oriented with high accuracy in record-keeping Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Please Note:

This position is in-office at our Vineland, NJ location. It is not a remote role. Compensation & Benefits $25/hour (full-time, hourly role)
