Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you possess sharp analytical skills and the ability to seamlessly communicate with a diverse customer base? We are a rapidly growing distribution and logistics leader looking for a bi-lingual Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dedicated finance team in Brentwood. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing our B2B accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and keeping our cash flow.

AssociateResponsibilities Invoicing & Billing Operations:
Prepare, verify, and dispatch accurate daily invoices and monthly statements to B2B clients, ensuring freight, logistics, and unit prices align with contracted rates.Collections & Cash Application:
Monitor aging reports, proactively follow up on overdue accounts via phone and email, and accurately apply incoming check, ACH, and wire payments.Contract & Bid Compliance:
Review and manage complex billing requirements for municipal contracts and public bids (including strict submission guidelines, purchase order matching, and prompt-payment terms).Dispute Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer billing discrepancies, short-payments, and delivery disputes by collaborating closely with warehouse logistics and sales teams.
