Communicate with national accounts by telephone and written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid or delinquent accounts/invoices Ability to manage a high volume of transactions via computer programs through third party paying systems to determine payment status of delinquent, unpaid invoices and make appropriate corrective action. Effectively work with rate analysts, account managers and customer contacts to resolve issues and identify needed action for payment resolution Ability to evaluate and identify billing issues and process corrections through appropriate systems Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each contact made Ability to provide solid business recommendations on delinquent accounts in order to minimize credit risk Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement Make recommendations to implement improved processes Perform other duties as assigned by management
