Accounts Receivable Clerk

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, data entry, and accounts receivable processes.

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:

Process transactions accurately and timely Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate reporting of accounts and aging reports Generate invoices and account statements Perform clerical tasks related to accounting functions Process daily deposits Assist in month end closing

Maintain Files and Documentation Qualifications:

Proficiency in bookkeeping principles At least 2 years of experience in Receivable in a mid-size company Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong data entry skills with high accuracy Ability to work independently Ability to analyze financial information effectively Attention to detail and organized Ability to communicate and maintain confidentiality •All applicants must provide a resume with experience and references.
