AR Coordinator Contract-to-hire Hampton, NH 03842 $24-28 Onsite daily to train for about 6-8 weeks and then hybrid (3 days onsite)

Must Haves :

• Some accounts receivable OR general accounting experience
• Excel (proficient
• formulas & pivot tables)

Preferred :

• Associate or Bachelor degree (strongly preferred)
• NetSuite
• Insurance industry

Job Description:

We are looking for an AR Coordinator to join our growing AP & AR team. The AR Coordinator will possess in depth knowledge of a full cycle accounts receivable function. This position supports the financial operations by processing all monies due, including data entry for direct bill to the company, and its affiliates in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

Process all cash receipts (ACH & Checks) into the management systems Process independent insurance agent compensation calculations, including monthly data collection, data entry and reporting Process all company event payments in Cvent software Research and solve payment discrepancies Manage several mailbox inboxes on a daily basis Help with audit requests Other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

1-3 years of accounts receivable experience ERP systems experience preferred. Great Plains experience is a plus Insurance industry a plus Some Excel experience (i.e., formulas, subtotals, pivot tables, etc.) High attention to detail and accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Motivated and excited to work in a high growth environment
