Job Description

Position Overview:
Join a dedicated team in the healthcare financial sector, where your role will focus on generating revenue through accurate patient and client account management. You will be responsible for submitting claims to appropriate payers, reviewing daily receipts, and processing payments efficiently. Effective communication with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients-whether in person, written, or by phone-is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Submit claims to payers to ensure timely revenue generation. Review and process daily receipts and payments to patient accounts. Maintain clear and professional communication with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients. Support additional duties as assigned by the Patient Financial Services Manager.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma required. Familiarity with medical billing and collection practices is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and email communication tools. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks.
