Job Description
NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a leading distributor of technology and communications solutions to find an Accounts Receivable Manager - Cash Applications & Credit in the Eastern Dallas, Texas area. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in accounts receivable and credit management, overseeing credit evaluations, cash processes, and collections strategies. This individual will lead a team, strengthen credit policies, and drive improvements that enhance cash flow, reduce delinquency, and support financial risk management.
Required :
Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP 8+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable 4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing finance or credit teams Experience leading and coaching a team in an accounts receivable department Experience managing credit evaluations, payment resolutions, and financial risk mitigationPreferred :
