Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced AR Manager to oversee our billing and collections. The ideal candidate will need experience in billing and Quickbooks Online. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities Will report to controller and contribute positive morale and demonstrate leadership. Will be responsible for ensuring all sales promises, quotes, contracts and relationships are honored. Review contracts for billing purposes and individual processes for each client. Weekly billing, account reconciliation, collections, and communicating with management regarding outstanding account balances. Utilize QuickBooks, excel, and HCSS for billing and reporting. Perform data entry tasks accurately, including 10 key, and typing for billing purposes. Collaborate with operations to make sure billing is correct and strategies for improving operational performance. Provide support to staff members and managers. Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and self-directed in workplace. Demonstrate professional and effective oral and written communication skills. Experience Proven experience and knowledge in AR billing and collections. Proficiency in QuickBooks, excel, and other relevant software applications. Excellent mathematical skills, reading, and the ability to analyze information. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Experience in oil and gas, or pipeline billing a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to comprehend multiple projects at a time. Ability to communicate professionally and competently with clients.
