Job Responsibilities:

Process and maintain billing records in accordance with company procedures Submit invoices through various internal and external platforms as required Review billing documentation for accuracy and completeness Assist with monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on past due balances Apply incoming payments and maintain accurate account records Maintain supporting documentation related to billing and receivables activity Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding account inquiries Assist with reconciliations and other accounting-related tasks as needed Provide support to the accounting team during reporting cycles and special projects

Requirements:

3+ years of accounts receivable experience in a high-volume environment Strong ERP system knowledge Comfortable independently using Excel PivotTables & VLOOKUPs Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
