Job Description

O2 Employment Services is working with reputable company to find their next Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position is based in Redding. The ideal candidate will have accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage accounts receivable processes while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in a fast-paced office environment.
Accounts Receivable Specialist Compensation:
  • $28.00 - $33.00/hr

Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in an accounting environment required
  • Accounts receivable experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy with financial information
  • Must be 18+ years of age and able to pass a drug screen
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Manage rent rolls and resident billing processes
  • Post deposits and process account credits
  • Verify roster changes and prepare transaction batches for daily entry
  • Process journal vouchers and maintain resident ledgers and history
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
  • Analyze unpaid accounts and notify management of receivable concerns
  • Communicate with various locations to resolve billing discrepancies
