Job Description:
Role Description Land Fund XVIII is seeking a full-time, on-site Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team in New York, NY. The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate billing, payment collection, and reconciliation. Responsibilities include generating and reviewing invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records. The role also entails identifying process improvements and implementing efficient collection strategies while maintaining positive client relations. Qualifications Required 2+ years of accounts receivable experience in multifamily Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation Proficiency in Yardi or MRI financial software and systems, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience in customer communication, issue resolution, and relationship management Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Leadership, organizational, and time management abilities to manage and mentor a team effectively Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Pay $65,000 to $70,000 per year
