Job Requirements El Segundo, CA Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description US Citizen is required OMNI is seeking a Senior Acquisition Support Analyst to support U.S. Space Force (USSF) and Space Systems Command (SSC) programs through acquisition support, program integration, business operations, and leadership coordination. This role supports high-visibility acquisition activities, strategic communications, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced mission environment. Key Responsibilities Manage taskers, leadership actions, schedules, and stakeholder coordination Support acquisition documentation review and compliance with DoD policies Build and maintain SharePoint/MS Teams collaboration platforms Prepare briefings, RFIs, strategic communications, and executive reports Coordinate PMRs, meetings, offsites, and leadership events Track action items, deliverables, and organizational reporting requirements Support process improvement, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, or related field 7+ years of DoD acquisition, program management, or acquisition support experience Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and business operations Proficiency in MS 365, SharePoint, and MS Teams Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Active Secret clearance required Preferred Experience supporting USSF or SSC programs Familiarity with DoD systems, PMRs, and acquisition compliance activities Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
