Acrylic Bath Service Technician

Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Acrylic Bath Service Technician to join our Syracuse team. You'll handle warranty and service calls on acrylic tubs, surrounds, and wet-area finishes — fixing caulking issues, leaks, minor plumbing in the wet area, and anything else that keeps our installs looking and working great. Must be comfortable in customer homes, have your own tools, and be able to work independently. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Great pay, benefits, Sound like you? . Duties Travel to customer sites to inspect, diagnose, and repair issues related to acrylic bathroom installations Perform repairs including resealing, replacing panels, trimming, and fixing fittings Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair needs and outcomes Maintain accurate records of service visits and work performed Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards Provide feedback to the installation and product teams to support continuous improvement Experience 2+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling, plumbing, or acrylic installations preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair skills Experience working with silicone caulking, trim, and hand tools Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight spaces when necessary Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Join us as a Field Service Technician where your skills will contribute significantly to our operations while providing you with opportunities for professional growth.
