• $85,000 + Loan Forgiveness + $5K Relocation Capitola, CA 95010 HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking Associate Mental Health Clinicians (AMFT, APCC, ASW) or Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) for a full-time or part-time opportunity within an established outpatient forensic mental health program serving the Santa Cruz County region.

This role offers specialization in sex offender treatment, structured supervision, and long-term clinical growth within a stable outpatient setting.

Schedule:

40 hours per week Set schedules available between 9:00 AM

• 8:00 PM No routine weekend shifts; occasional appointments may be scheduled as needed

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical assessment and treatment for adult sex offender population Provide therapy services to non-offending family members Complete case management and maintain clinical documentation Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations Represent the program in community and court settings as needed Attend ongoing training, conferences, and professional development Provide court testimony when required

Training and Development:

90-day structured onboarding and training program CASOMB supervision and didactic training provided Required to obtain CASOMB Apprentice Level within 2 weeks of start Ongoing supervision and career growth opportunities in forensic mental health

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active California BBS registration (AMFT, APCC, ASW) or licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) New graduates welcome; supervision provided Bilingual Spanish preferred Ability to provide compassionate, non-judgmental care On-site in
