This position provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and program support to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations by preparing and managing official documentation for a portfolio of ground-based radar systems, including the AN/TPQ‑50, AN/TPQ‑53, and associated Foreign Military Sales variants. This position is contingent upon award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities :

Prepare, review, and track official program documentation, including suspense reports, meeting notes, action items, and other administrative products Provide direct support to program leadership by developing briefing materials and creating data visualizations such as graphs and charts Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, supply management, and general administrative planning Facilitate meetings by managing audio-visual systems, ensuring room readiness, and supporting smooth execution of discussions and briefings Maintain accurate tracking systems and repositories for program documents, actions, and reporting requirements, ensuring timely updates and compliance Support operational functions of the program office by anticipating needs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow across stakeholders group id: 10486701 Apply now
