Job Summary and Responsibilities The Activities Assistant is responsible for carrying out scheduled events, updating care plans as necessary, transporting residents to and from activities, and keeping records of attendance in daily activities. Essential Key Job Responsibilities Assists individuals to reach their maximum level of functioning while learning to live within their capabilities. Maintain appropriate treatment plans and goals consistent with the resident diagnosis and resident tolerance. Assists in maintaining inventory of equipment, supplies and materials and distributes as necessary. Keeps equipment sanitary, neat and orderly. Assists with supervision of students and volunteers. Job Requirements Required High school diploma or equivalent certificate Preferred CNA License
