Activities Assistant

## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Activity Assistant to join our team in providing engaging and enriching activities for our residents in an assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing homes, dementia care, long-term care, or assisted living facilities. A valid drivers license is preferred. ## Duties

• Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
• Assist in organizing events, outings, and social gatherings within the community
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members
• Manage schedules and ensure activities run smoothly
• Provide support in memory care programs and specialized activities ## Requirements
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and team members effectively
• Ability to plan and execute engaging events for all residents
• Valid drivers license
• Knowledge of memory care programs is a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
