What you're great at: Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locations Designs, schedules, and implements resort activities for all guests and Owners Maintains and balances operational expenses for the department Designs, schedules and implements special events for holidays and other occasions Coordinates special projects and events with off-site vendors and attractions Publishes and designs a weekly recreational calendar Purchases and maintains sports equipment and gaming library Provides quality control of recreational areas, including basketball courts, tennis courts, pool areas, and children's playground Provides follow-up reports to management with regard to special projects and responsibilities Assists in planning employee-related functions within the workplace Supervises, trains, and mentors staff Provides exemplary guest service to all Owners, exchangers and resort guests Complies and enforces all company policies and procedures All other duties as requested Responsibilities listed may not include all tasks or apply to all resort locations, an official job description will be provided and signed on the first day of employment.
