ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads a minimum of 3 activities daily, including fitness and exercise classes. Spends 80% of time engaging residents, 20% with administrative duties. May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Plans and implements activities of enough variety and at sufficient frequency, including as necessary to fulfill any state regulations, with activity categories to include but not be limited to physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and emotional. Ensures that all equipment and supplies are appropriate and relevant to current residents' needs and abilities. Trains team members on the importance of Life Enrichment and other areas of quality of life for residents.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must be 21 years of age. Must have time management skills. Must be willing to drive the bus as required and provide some care during outings. Must be willing to work some weekends. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Prior experience serving seniors preferred
