  • Community-Based Role | Full-Time | Williamston, NC 📍 Williamston, NC | Pyramid Healthcare đź•’ Full-Time Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Join Pyramid Healthcare's Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) and provide life-changing support to individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders —all within the community.
This is not a desk job—you'll meet clients where they are and help drive real recovery outcomes. What You'll Do Deliver community-based SUD treatment in homes and local settings Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy Complete LOCAs, pre-authorizations, and clinical documentation Develop treatment plans, NCTOPPs, and discharge/aftercare plans Collaborate with families, referral sources, and ACTT team members Provide crisis support and participate in on-call rotation Attend team meetings and ongoing trainings What You Need LCAS(A) or CADC (Required) Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) status per NC regulations Valid North Carolina driver's license + ability to travel locally Ability to obtain additional licensure within 90 days (if applicable) Why This Role Stands Out ✔ Community-based work
