What You'll Do:
Provide daily care, encouragement, and skill-building support in residential and educational settings Assist with personal care, daily living routines, and fostering independence at home Support individuals in classrooms, activities, and community experiences that promote learning and inclusion Build meaningful, trusting relationships through compassion and respect Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and teammates to create individualized care and learning plans Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive
What You Bring:
A compassionate heart and a commitment to person-centered care Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Reliability and a team-focused mindset Experience in direct care, residential programs, or education (preferred but not required—we provide full training!)
