None About the Role MedOp Solutions is partnering with a healthcare organization to hire an Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Facility Operations for an immediate contract assignment. This role provides essential clerical and administrative support to leadership and departmental staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior office support experience who enjoys working in a collaborative setting and supporting operational leadership. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to the Director of Facility Operations and department staff Prepare correspondence, reports, and a variety of office documents Maintain and update departmental records and files Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, patients, and visitors, providing excellent customer service Gather data and assist in preparing reports and presentations Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, including: Scheduling meetings and managing calendars Creating agendas Taking meeting minutes Distributing materials to attendees Assist with staffing, scheduling, and payroll-related tasks as needed Ensure efficient office operations and support departmental initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of clerical or office support experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Ability to work independently and under general supervision Strong attention to detail and accuracy Scheduling & Expectations Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM•5:00 PM No weekends No on-call requirements Immediate start needed
