Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented admin to support a fast-paced logistics team. You'll help keep freight, warehousing, and transportation operations running smoothly.

Key Duties:

Support logistics/operations with admin tasks Process shipment and cargo documentation Track deliveries and maintain accurate records Communicate with teams, vendors, and customers Input data (including hazmat) and prepare reports

Requirements:

2+ years of admin/logistics experience Strong data entry and MS Office skills Knowledge of shipping/logistics processes Excellentanization andmunication skills Must be eligible to join OPEIU union

Pay Details:
