Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time Admin Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will support daily office operations, manage clerical tasks, and ensure smooth communication across departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and office management experience to contribute to a dynamic team. Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently Organize files, documents, and correspondence through effective filing systems Support customer service efforts by providing professional assistance and support Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity to ensure high-quality communication Take on tasks as needed Requirements Proven office management, clerical, or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading Ability to manage time efficiently in a part-time schedule while maintaining productivity Benefits Pay is $20.00/hour Mon-Fri approximately 20-25 hours a week Weekly pay
