We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. If you are a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you! The Role As an Administrative Assistant , you will be the heartbeat of our office. You will manage the front-end experience for our customers while providing essential back-of-house support to our specialized teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and directing inquiries with a professional and helpful demeanor.
Project Support:
Work closely with our Project Manager to assist in managing jobs, coordinating complex scheduling, and preparing project submittals.
Division Assistance:
Provide administrative clerical support specifically for our Sprinkler Division to ensure their projects stay on track.
Operational Flow:
Handle data entry and maintain organized filing systems to support daily business operations. Requirements and Skills The ideal Administrative Assistant will have at least 2 years of experience (preferably within the construction industry) and possess the following:
Technical Proficiency:
Solid understanding of Excel and general computer skills; must be proficient in the full MS Office suite.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with field staff, managers, and clients.
Organizational Mastery:
A great eye for detail and an excellent ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Character:
High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness when handling sensitive project and company information
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
