- Overview
- A growing company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager (GM). This role is critical to ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, optimizing executive time, and supporting cross-functional coordination across a global organization.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM to maximize efficiency and productivity + Manage a complex, global calendar, coordinating across multiple time zones and shifting priorities + Maintain cadence for key meetings, operational reviews, and strategic initiatives, ensuring follow-through and accountability + Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and agendas for executive meetings, customer engagements, and internal forums + Serve as a professional point of contact between the GM office and global leaders, employees, and external partners + Track action items and ensure timely follow-up, completion, and visibility + Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and expense reporting with a high degree of accuracy + Support internal communications to promote clarity, engagement, and alignment across the organization + Partner with executive assistants and cross-functional teams, providing backup support as needed •Required Qualifications•+ 5+ years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, global environment + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, sound judgment, and adaptability + Experience working with leaders in complex, customer-facing or operational environments + Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills + Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs + High level of professionalism, ownership, and service orientation + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience •Work Environment•+ Clean, bright manufacturing facility + Team-oriented culture with a focus on collaboration and flexibility •Employee Value Proposition•+ Opportunity to join a large, growing semiconductor company + Upon permanent conversion, employee insurance is 100% covered •Additional Details•+ •
