Job Description

Key Responsibilities Front Office Reception:
Cheerfully greet all incoming visitors, manage facility visitor logs, issue security badges, and ensure compliance and safety protocols are met upon entry.
Order Fulfillment Lifecycle:
Receive, input, process, and invoice customer and broker orders via phone, email, and fax. Handle essential shipping and tracking documentation.
Vendor Guide Management:
Review detailed customer vendor guides to implement, track, and ensure adherence to specific shipping and service requirements.
Core Administration:
Process Purchase Orders (POs) following standard operating procedures. Execute high-volume data entry, document scanning, and electronic/physical filing.
Professional Correspondence:
Draft, proofread, and distribute professional memos, reports, and emails. Manage inventory and purchasing for office supplies.
Compliance Support:
Maintain meticulous written and verbal notations on paperwork regarding any order or shipping deviations. Partner with production teams to uphold facility safety guidelines and SOPs.
Candidate Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
Experience:
3+ years of professional administrative, clerical, or order processing experience (experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment is highly preferred).
Technical Skills:
typing proficiency and solid basic software skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Soft Skills:
Outstanding oral and written communication, exceptional organizational abilities, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
salary:
$20 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

Monitor shipped products and resolve customer tracking inquiries or shipment discrepancies. Administrative Support & Data Management Process corporate Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with standard operating procedures. Execute high-volume data entry, document scanning, electronic/hard copy filing, and mail distribution. Draft, proofread, and modify professional correspondence, memos, reports, and emails. Monitor office inventory and manage ordering for office and administrative supplies. Compliance & Facility Safety Maintain accurate, impeccable written notation on paperwork for any order or shipping deviations.
