$75-85K Position Overview The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules to ensure efficient time management Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and process expense reports accurately Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion and integrity Assist with office operations, supplies, and administrative procedures to support daily functions Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests for timely response Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and support project coordination Greet visitors and provide professional customer service in the office environment Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned Required Experience/Skills High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience/Skills Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams Familiarity with scheduling and virtual meeting platforms Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Additional certifications in office administration or executive support a plus Benefits If eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
