Job Description
A great UHY client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support office operations and leadership activities within a collaborative, family-oriented industrial services organization. This role will provide administrative coordination, communication support, scheduling assistance, and general office support while serving as a highly visible contributor across the organization. The Administrative Assistant role is a fully onsite position based in Harrison Township, MI. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Support day-to-day administrative and office operations Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and communication management Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office applications Perform data entry and maintain organized office records and documentation Support operational coordination across office and field teams Assist leadership with administrative projects and office support activities Maintain professional communication with internal and external contacts Provide general office support within a collaborative team environment Administrative Assistant Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills General bookkeeping and/or data entry experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Professional demeanor and ability to manage confidential information Ability to work effectively within a small, family-like office environment Prior administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and proactive work style UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group provides clients with accomplished professionals to support finance, accounting, internal audit and tax teams.
