Job Description
Local company looking for a highly resourceful, flexible, and professional individual who possesses a considerable amount of knowledge regarding administrative and office procedures to fill an immediate vacancy. Tasks include answering the phone, processing and handling orders, purchasing, assisting other staff in the office, and other miscellaneous general office duties. The individual that we are looking for must have strong communication skills, and possess the ability to multi task. One Year of Experience with Quick-books is necessary for inputting data, creating invoices, A/P, A/R, Reconciliation. Photography skills a plus. Must be able to work Monday -- Friday 40 hours per week plus the occasional Saturday if needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years experience in a receptionist and/or administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate pleasant customer service skills and ability to interact and communicate both verbally and written, with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention-to-detail.
- Ability to prioritize work and follow through with requests.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and multiple web-based programs.
