Job Description

WORK SCHEDULE
8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Schedule and duties subject to change with Seasons.
JOB OBJECTIVE
To support the operation of the Administrative Duties for the Company
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet visitors/callers, ascertain nature of business, direct visitor/caller to appropriate personnel Assist with on-going administrative projects Receive purchase orders and maintain purchasing paperwork/computer software documentation for all warehouses at the location Assist with information and communicate payments to vendors for subcontractors Maintain customer invoices, payments, credits and monthly statements Create service order task lists and maintain customer billing and inventory transactions in relation to service work Compose correspondence, routine letters and memos Assist warehouse with customer support and paperwork Complete and maintain necessary regulatory reports Assist in annual inventory

JOB STANDARDS
High school diploma or equivalent At least two years experience of one, or a combination of the following: Clerical, AP, AR, Inventory, Purchase Orders. Experience in the use of computers and related software, e.g., Word, Excel, Internet and Email
CRITICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE/EXPERIENCE
Skilled in business English and Arithmetic Skilled in maintaining confidentiality Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely, and convincingly Ability to work with multiple people and personalities Expertise in providing customer service Ability to meet deadlines
JOB LOCATION
Abernathy, Texas
EQUIPMENT
Significant use of personal computers, copiers, multi-line phones, printers, and other standard office equipment.
