Jul 27, 2026 Job Description The Neosho School District is looking for an administrative assistant for the 2026/2027 school year. This position has the primary responsibility for providing clerical support to the building principal. These individuals respond to inquiries from the public, either in person or on the telephone and maintain records such as grades, attendance, incident reports, inventories, schedules, etc., in accordance with district policies and procedures. Experience with Google, is preferred.

Essential Functions:

Manage incoming/outgoing phone calls. Type correspondence (letters, memos, notices) for supervisor. Receptionist duties. Provide appropriate contact with parents, students and outside agencies. Type, file, copy and mail information. Verification of information. Data entry and maintenance of student and teacher information. Collect, organize, disseminate information. Other duties as assigned.
