Job Description

Join Our Client's Team as an Administrative Assistant! We are seeking a versatile and proactive administrative professional to serve as the organizational backbone of the real estateteam. In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between finance, legal, leasing, and property management to keep our operations moving smoothly. From managing critical leasing documents and updating marketing collateral to overseeing daily office operations and team scheduling, your efforts will directly impact our portfolio's success. $55,000 - $62,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

Act as the central point of contact connecting finance, legal, leasing, and property management teams.
Document Management:
Prepare, format, and track leasing documents, reports, and committee packages.
Systems & Reporting:
Update internal tracking tools, project management systems, and CRM databases regularly.
Marketing Support:
Assist with basic updates to site plans and marketing collateral for prospective clients.
Administrative Support:
Handle scheduling, travel, expense reports, and meeting coordination for the team.
Office Operations:
Manage daily office functionality, supplies, vendor relationships, and onboarding logistics.
