Provides administrative support for departments and/or programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties as assigned . Supports ESCWR programs, i.e., Pupil Services, Facilities and Operations, and Grants Keeps the department head or program manager informed of current school issues, office issues, and concerns. Maintain the department or program contacts, calendars, files, etc. Greet guests and respond to calls on behalf of the program manager(s) Support the initiatives of the department/program by meeting with program staff Prepares correspondence, documentation, presentations, etc. for distribution Organizing and planning events Assisting in maintenance of the website and the marketing/public relations plan for each program. Support other administrators or administrative support staff, as needed Support on special projects, as needed

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience & Certification:
High school diploma. Post-secondary training is desirable. Experience in education and working with Infinite Campus is preferred. Proficient in data entry, spelling, proofreading, and the correct use of grammar. Ability to be attentive to detail and able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. General understanding of internal control system(s). Multitasking ability and strong interpersonal skills.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the reports Ability to make effective and persuasive written documents.
Math Ability:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills:
Ability to operate a copier and personal computer, and input grades into a database. To perform this job successfully an individual must have knowledge of internet browser use for research, and ability to use virtual meeting tools.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.
