  • Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a people-oriented, highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Computer knowledge including Excel, Quickbooks, Publisher and Word along with basic bookkeeping skills is required. Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with a warm, professional demeanor. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking accurate messages. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records. Manage calendar schedules, appointments, and meetings. Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with basic office management duties. Greet walk-ns looking for assistance Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Assist with clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, preparing weekly bulletins and reports, and organizing files. Demonstrate strong office management skills by streamlining administrative processes for efficiency. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities seamlessly. Understanding of needed confidentiality Experience Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred; familiarity with office management is a plus. Non-profit, religious organzation work a plus. Proven ability to operate multi-line phone systems and utilize computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette. Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, filing, proofreading, and time management techniques.
