Full-Time Job Summary:
We are a CPA firm in Walnut Creek, seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing office tasks, and supporting our team during tax seasons. We are looking for a critical thinker with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Peak tax season is between February 1st - April 15th. Work weeks will be from Monday - Saturday during this time, including additional overtime as needed. Schedule 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday Weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as needed. Process payments. Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently. Organize and prepare documents and folders for appointments. Assist with general office duties, ensuring a smooth workflow. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong computer skills, and experience with CRM. Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to work.
