Job Description:
Administrative Assistant Overview The Administrative Assistant supports departmental operations by providing high-quality administrative, clerical, and customer service support. Depending on level, this role ranges from executing core administrative tasks to independently anticipating business needs, supporting continuous improvement, and providing coordination or oversight within the administrative function. All levels emphasize safety, accuracy, professionalism, and strong communication. Must pass the Company's EEI Support and Administrative Selection System (SASS) test as part of the interview process What You'll Do Perform core administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, records management, correspondence, invoice processing, phone support, and general departmental assistance Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using standard office software Support department operations through calendar management, meeting coordination, scheduling, and travel arrangements Deliver responsive, professional internal and external customer service and follow up as needed Communicate effectively with sound judgment while building strong working relationships across the organization Independently anticipate needs, resolve issues, support process improvements, and assist or guide others as appropriate to level What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED required 4-7 years of related experience (Administrative), 7-10 years preferred (Advanced), or 10+ years preferred (Senior) Proficiency to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and general office technology Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer service mindset Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, work independently or in teams, and demonstrate continuous learning Top performers are fast learners, strong team players, and committed to accuracy and inclusiveness. ????
