Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing multi-location restaurant group. This position works directly with ownership and management to help keep administrative, operational, and communication tasks running smoothly across several restaurant locations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to ownership and management teams Manage and support task timelines Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Assist with payroll, invoices, vendor communication, and basic bookkeeping tasks Support hiring and onboarding paperwork for restaurant staff Track licenses, permits, and operational documents for multiple locations Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations Coordinate office supplies and restaurant administrative needs Assist with scheduling and operational follow-up between locations Help maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications Qualifications Previous administrative assistant or office management experience preferred Hospitality or restaurant industry experience is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Indesign Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently Professional attitude with strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and flexibility to occasionally visit restaurant locations Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within a growing restaurant group Flexible scheduling options Dining discounts Health benefits/PTO Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday with occasional flexibility as needed Location Based in PHL/NJ, supporting multiple restaurant locations.
