Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in our office. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and willing to help out wherever needed.

Position Details:

Handling various clerical duties to keep the office going. Assisting production employees with various clerical issues. Data entry into Excel for daily reports. Data Entry into LumberTrack Inventory software. Checking in trucks. Completing the Bill of Ladings and Invoices. Inventory counts daily, weekly, and month-end. Filing paperwork daily. Qualifications for

Position:

Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience. Positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed. Effective organization, planning, implementation, and follow-up skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a highly interactive team environment. Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred. Hours are typically 40 hours/week, 6am - 4pm but may have start earlier at times.
