Job Description

Friendship Gardens is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Friendship Gardens is a Springpoint Senior Living Affordable Housing Community located in Howell, NJ. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. At Springpoint, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in the overall operation of the office activities in accordance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, take messages and assist callers. Type reports, letters, memos, and file all documentation as required. May be responsible for record keeping functions as pertains to residents. Provide rental information to prospective residents in the Executive Director's absence. Assist with facility newsletter. Assist in preparation for and attend resident functions as required. Maintain accurate and current phone lists for residents, staff, and emergency personnel. May assist in collecting and posting rent checks. Assist residents with questions and other general areas as requested. Provide back-up for administrative functions as directed by the Executive Director.
Education and Experience:
