Our firm delivers holistic financial planning to our clients by combining in-house expertise in strategic tax planning, wealth management, and financial strategy for a wide variety of clients facing complex financial situations. Our Wealth Management RIA manages over $100M of investment assets, and our affiliated CPA Firm administers proactive tax strategy and prepares a wide variety of tax returns. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and personable. You must also have a strong grasp of customer services skills as well as work in a professional manner, multi-task between several tasks and projects while maintaining a cheerful demeanor and be a team player (with our current great team) for a growing small business. Because our office provides full-service financial services to our clients you must be able to coordinate between the different branches of our business to provide a seamless, personalized, and excellent customer service experience for each client. Responsibilities
- Generate, process, and maintain client paperwork for all aspects of our business including tax documents, financial statements, investments, account maintenance, financial & estate planning, and all other client needs.
- Prepare documents & reports for client meetings, trips, and seminars.
- Maintains client database & records.
- Organizing and manipulating data in Excel.
- Data entry and general office organization.
- Understands and adheres to the industry compliance rules & regulations.
- Maintains and processes the corresponding records and paperwork according to these regulations.
- Coordinates with IT professionals for computer maintenance.
- Assists with updating marketing materials for the office, supports office functions in a fast-paced environment including ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Sends, receives, and processes mail.
- Other special projects as assigned.
- Friendly, easy to work with, willing to do necessary tasks, responds quickly to client's needs
