Job Description

Client Services Administrator:
Job Description We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to provide a wide variety of clerical and staff support services to management under limited supervision. As a Client Services Administrator with METRO Financial Strategies, you will follow established procedures to perform standard tasks and resolve most questions and problems. You will also maintain routine contact with clients to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information as you project a professional image.
Job Duties:
To perform all duties of a Client Services Administrator in the Financial Services industry including (but not limited to) administration, customer service, organizing, marketing, record keeping, trading (with advisor instruction), bookkeeping, and compliance. The expectation is for you to perform A+ service to existing clients, follow METRO Financial Strategies mission statement, and to be productive with quality output.
Job Requirements:
5+ years experience in Financial Services customer service and administration. Able to maintain the highest level of integrity and ethics Comply with FINRA/SEC, Raymond James, and METRO Financial Strategies Rules & Regulations. Outstanding client service skills Excellent analytical and problem solving ability High level of computer skills and competence in Microsoft applications; Outlook, CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Able to multi-task and respond effectively to changing priorities and frequent interruptions in a busy office environment while paying attention to detail and self checking Ability to work under pressure and effectively meet targets and deadlines Good communication and listening skills Must have a positive attitude and be highly organized, conscientious, and entrusted with confidential information. Training may be performed at our Chelmsford MA branch for the first 3-6 months.
