Location:
Santa Rosa Compensation$ 70-90K We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support owners within a construction/property management environment. This is a high-level administrative role requiring discretion, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will bring a stable work history, strong administrative experience within construction or property management, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to ownership/executive leadership Manage calendars, meetings, and coordination across multiple stakeholders Prepare and organize documents, reports, contracts, and correspondence Assist with project coordination, tracking timelines, and follow-ups Support property management operations including tenant communication and vendor coordination Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Assist with general office management and operational support Qualifications 3+ years of administrative experience, construction or property management experience a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail #IND-SRO2
