With operations in Midcon, the Permian Basin, and Colorado, we specialize in high-pressure flow line recertification, including the tear down, inspection, and rebuild of skids and iron used in critical service applications. Dependability; resilience; integrity; vision & ethics Purpose The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, handling clerical and data entry tasks, and supporting overall office operations. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple departments as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Answer and transfer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, starting promptly at 8:00 a.m. and continuing through 5:00 p.m., maintaining professionalism at all times Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner Type memos, take notes, prepare correspondence, and assist with asset entry in the designated system Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks Complete daily data entry accurately and efficiently Maintain regular communication with the direct supervisor Support team members with daily tasks as needed Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; anticipate needs, place and expedite orders, and verify deliveries Assist the shop, when necessary, by picking up orders or purchasing supplies Demonstrate and promote alignment with company core values in daily activities Contribute to the overall team effort by completing related tasks and responsibilities Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful but not required Job Skills and Competencies Strong work ethic and high level of integrity Excellent communication, organizational, and observational skills Effective problem-solving abilities with sound judgment Ability to manage daily assignments and meet deadlines independently Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
