Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Your attention to detail will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a thriving organization.
Duties:
Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and provide prompt customer support or transfer calls as needed Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry tasks, and ensure accurate record keeping using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events Support office management tasks, including supply inventory, proofreading documents, and maintaining office equipment Provide clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and proofreading correspondence for clarity and accuracy Offer personal assistant support when required, including managing emails and organizing travel arrangements
Applicants Must Have :
Construction Background is a Plus Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience in office management, clerical duties, or administrative roles within professional settings Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and active listening capabilities Proven ability to handle data entry accurately while maintaining meticulous filing systems Time management skills that enable multitasking across various responsibilities seamlessly
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
