Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an administrative assistant. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
Skills:
  • Strong technology skills including but not limited to o Microsoft Excel, Word Outlook, Excel o Google Drive
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Facebook Marketplace Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support such as writing/editing emails and preparing communications
  • Processing payroll with Quickbooks
  • Accounts Payable & receivables
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
  • Managing and maintaining company calendar Monday- Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30PM with ½ hour break Overtime available Weekly pay
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
