Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our New Jersey team. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to begin a career in accounting. Key responsibilities Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Assist with basic tax preparation and bookkeeping tasks under supervision Accurately enter data into accounting and tax software platforms Maintain organized digital and physical client records Scan, file, and mail client documents and correspondence Support scheduling, client intake, and general office organization Provide additional capacity and coverage during busy tax season Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of general office or clerical experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as Google Workspace Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail High level of professionalism and reliability Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently Outstanding work record with demonstrated dependability Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in accounting or a related field Availability to work extended hours during peak tax season. Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
