Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance team productivity, and ensure a smooth workflow across offices. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly professionalism Handle multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and transfer calls accurately using proper phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally, including electronic document management Scheduling Appointments Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, including invoicing Facilitate office management tasks including supply inventory, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace Offer customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring positive interactions with clients or visitors Experience Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Prior administrative experience in a professional setting preferred Familiarity with office management tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Current use of Computers on a regular basis Experience using multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette in busy environments Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:

Are you able and willing to maintain a polished, professional appearance appropriate for a CPA firm environment?
