Full-time Administrative Assistant:
Your outgoing nature and passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will serve you well as our new Administrative Assistant . Your strong attention to detail will ensure that all tasks are handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. You'll play an integral role in our team's success as Administrative Assistant , tapping into your supportive and helpful attitude as you promote the efficiency of our office operations. Administrative Assistant:

Administrative Assistant:
Represent Haynie & Company in a positive and professional manner Answer phone calls and direct walk-ins to the appropriate accounting professional Engage with both internal and external customers to provide support and ensure their needs are met Promote the effectiveness and efficiency of office operations Coordinate catering and meal orders for meetings and company events. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including deliveries and postal runs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared kitchen and breakroom areas. Perform document scanning, filing, and digital record management. Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies; maintain inventory Support employee engagement by contributing to company culture initiatives. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing internal events and special projects. During tax deadlines, process tax returns in an accurate and timely manner Collaborate with Admin team members, offering support and assistance where needed Who we are: Haynie & Company has grown from a single office to 13 locations in 5 states with more than 400 team members.
